Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover, e-check or money order. If you are shopping outside of Canada, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency when the order is placed at our website. Credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Shipping
All orders usually ship within 1-2 business days. If you place your order before 12 noon EST on a business day, your order will usually ship that same day, and depending upon where you live on the UPS map below - you may get your order as fast as tomorrow. We ship orders Monday to Friday excluding holidays via UPS, USPS and CanadaPost.

With our unique bioresonant based skin care line we can customise your products to maximise the benefits that you require.
We will be happy to exchange your products (if within 60 days of shipping) in order to offer your skin the best care possible.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, username and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account, username and/or password. You agree to provide only accurate, truthful information.

The products and services available on the Site, and any samples thereof we may provide to you, are for personal use only. You may not sell or resell any of the products or services, or samples thereof that you purchase or otherwise receive from us.
